Return & Refund Policy
Sales are Final. Items with damage or defects are eligible for exchange/replacement. A notice must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of confirmed arrival. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item(s) must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. No used items will be eligible for returns.
Damaged items must be returned with the return shipping label enclosed within 7 days of receipt of the replacement. If not received, then your credit card will be charged for the replacement item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
